Who we are

FlipLedger is operated by Flipledger. For any privacy question, or to request a copy or deletion of your information, email Stucker227@gmail.com.

What we collect

Your email and login details, profile settings (display name, business name, currency, fee rates), and the inventory, sales and expense records you enter. Receipt photos you upload are read to fill in the expense form and are not stored.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number; we only keep your subscription status and billing dates.

How we use it

Only to run FlipLedger: to show your records, calculate reports, manage your subscription and contact you about your account. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Your records are private to your account and protected so other users can't access them. Trusted service providers (hosting, payments, AI receipt reading) process data only to provide the service.

Your choices

You can export your data as CSV at any time, and permanently delete your account and all records from Settings.

We'll show the date of any update above.
