Terms of Service

FlipLedger is provided by Flipledger ("we", "us" or "our"). By creating a FlipLedger account you agree to these terms.

The service

FlipLedger helps resellers track inventory, sales, expenses and estimated profit. Fee estimates and reports are for your convenience and are not tax, legal or accounting advice.

Trial and subscription

New accounts get a 7-day free trial with no card required. After the trial, continued use requires a subscription of $4.99 per month (plus any applicable tax), billed monthly until you cancel. If you subscribe during your trial, your first charge happens when the trial ends. Without an active trial or subscription your records stay viewable and exportable but can't be changed.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time from Settings. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Deleting your account cancels billing immediately.

Your data

You own the records you enter. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of your data. You can export it as CSV at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other people's data, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll show the new date above. Continuing to use FlipLedger means you accept the updated terms.
